At this time, National FCCLA is exploring the possibility of hosting the 2020 Capitol Leadership in February during FCCLA Week, if travel and groups of 200 are able to be accommodated safely at that time. A final decision on this event will be provided by the end of November 2020.
FCCLA members come together to advocate for Career and Technical Education funding as part of National FCCLA’s annual Capitol Leadership. While on Capitol Hill, students meet with their state congressional leaders to share their passion for FCCLA and Career and Technical Student Organizations. This opportunity gives students applicable knowledge in advocacy, leadership, and the essential communication skills need for real-world experiences. Go Above and Beyond to ensure all students have access to Family and Consumer Sciences Education.
