Community Service Opportunity

The Iowa State Executive Council has chosen childhood cancer as this years’ service project. In realizing that there are various ways that you can help in the community, we encourage all chapters to create some service project that helps families that are dealing with childhood cancer or any childhood health issue.

At the Fall Rally, We Help Too, a sock fundraising company, will be present to sell their funky socks to advisers and members. Make sure to bring some cash to buy some socks. Trevor Bregman, founder of We Help Too, will also share with members how to do a fundraising effort in their school to help as support of the community service project. This is just in time for “Sock -tober!”

During scheduled exhibit times, members can complete an Exhibitor Passport by visiting and connecting with all exhibitors at FLR.  Students completing the Exhibitor Passport will be randomly drawn for prizes at Closing Session.
